Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of RapVideo at rapvideo.si ("the Service"). The Service is operated by RapVideo (the operator of rapvideo.si) ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying credits you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), and that you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. 1. The Service

You upload one or two photos, pick a template, a stage and a sound, and we generate a short vertical AI video from them (12 seconds for rap videos, 15 for trend clips and sung songs, 6 for photo effects). The Service is a digital product delivered online. Results are generated by AI: they vary between runs and may not match your photos or the template exactly. RapVideo is not a face swap: the model renders a new clip.

AI models

Videos are generated with third-party AI models that we access through fal.ai:

• Grok Imagine Video (xAI) for all rap videos, trend clips, sung songs and photo effects, in Standard (480p) and HD (720p).

The generator shows the exact credits before you generate. The current list is always in our Acceptable Use Policy. The quality and availability of the Service depend partly on these providers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

2. Accounts and guest use

You can buy credits and generate videos without an account. Videos made as a guest are available in the browser you used; sign up to keep them across devices. If you create an account later from the same browser, your credits and videos move to it.

If you create an account, give accurate information, keep your login private, and tell us at support@rapvideo.si if you think someone else used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Credits and payment

• Generating a video uses credits. Each template and quality has a credit cost, shown before you generate.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs and as monthly or yearly passes (current prices on the pricing page). Passes are one-time payments: there are no subscriptions, no auto-renewal and no automatic charges.
• Credits from packs never expire. Credits from a pass are valid for the period you bought. Credits are not transferable, can't be exchanged for cash, and are only used on this site.
• Payments are processed by Waffo, acting as merchant of record. Waffo is the seller of record for your purchase and handles the payment, receipt and taxes. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless the checkout page says otherwise.
• We never see or store your full card details.
• Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. Refunds and failed generations

If a generation fails, times out or is refused by a safety filter, its credits go back to your balance automatically. A finished video is not refunded. Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days, as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Billing questions

If you think a charge is wrong, please write to support@rapvideo.si before disputing it with your bank, and include your order email. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

6. Acceptable use and content standards

RapVideo is an AI content generation service. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Prohibited content. You must not upload, request or generate content in any of these six categories, defined in detail in section 1 of the Acceptable Use Policy:

1. pornography or sexual (NSFW) content;
2. violence or gore;
3. hate speech or harassment;
4. child-unsafe content, including any sexual content involving minors (CSAM);
5. deepfakes or impersonation: using another person's face, likeness or voice without their consent, any public figure, or passing a generated video off as real;
6. infringement of copyright or trademarks.

You may only upload photos of yourself, of your own pet, or of people who have agreed to appear. If anyone in a photo is under 18, you need their parent or guardian's consent. You also must not try to get around our safety checks, scrape or resell the Service, or use its outputs to train competing AI models.

Enforcement. If you break these rules we may, depending on severity: refuse the request, delete the content, forfeit credits spent on it (and, for serious or repeated violations, the remaining balance) without refund, warn you, suspend your account, permanently close it and block new purchases, and report the content to the authorities where the law requires. Child sexual abuse material, terrorism and non-consensual intimate deepfakes lead to an immediate permanent ban and a report. Details are in section 2 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Reporting. Anyone can report content by emailing support@rapvideo.si with "Content report" in the subject, or through the Report content link in the site footer. Critical reports get a first response within 24 hours; the full process, response times and appeals are in section 3 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Moderation. Topics and lyrics are screened, and every photo passes an automated NSFW check, before generation; the AI model runs its provider's safety filter on input and output; and people review reports, flagged accounts and samples of generated videos. See section 4 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Your content and the videos

• Your photos. You keep the rights you have in your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them only to generate your video. They are never shown publicly. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
• Your videos. Subject to these Terms and the AI providers' terms, you may download your MP4 (no watermark) and post it anywhere, for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use and share it. If you share one, don't present it as real footage. We never use original or copyrighted recordings, so add any trending sound inside the app where you post, under that app's own rules.
• Our templates. Templates may be inspired by public trends. They don't include original footage, original recordings or the likeness of the people in them, and we are not affiliated with any artist or app named on the site.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that a video will look a particular way. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account at support@rapvideo.si. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or when the law requires it. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, unused purchased credits are refunded.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the operator's registered seat. Please contact us first at support@rapvideo.si so we can try to resolve any problem informally. None of this affects your right to go to the courts, or to use the consumer protection rules, of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant we will note it on the site, and where we have your email we will tell you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
