Acceptable Use Policy

Content standards for RapVideo: the six prohibited content categories, how violations are handled, how to report content, and how our automated and human moderation works.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

RapVideo ("we", "us"), operated by RapVideo (the operator of rapvideo.si), is an AI content generation service: it turns one or two photos into a short AI-generated rap video, trend clip, sung song or photo effect, including animated old photos. This policy applies to everything that goes through the service: the photos you upload, the topics and lyrics you type, the prompts we send to the AI model, and every video it generates. It is part of our Terms of Service. Questions: support@rapvideo.si.

This policy has four parts: content standards and prohibited categories, enforcement of violations, user reporting and content moderation.

  1. Content standards and prohibited categories

You may only generate content that is lawful, made with the consent of everyone shown, and suitable for a general audience. The following six categories are prohibited in every feature of the service (rap videos, trend clips, sung songs, photo effects and animated old photos), whether they appear in an uploaded photo, a topic, lyrics or the generated video.

1.1 Pornography and sexual (NSFW) content

Prohibited: nudity or partial nudity, sexual acts, sexualized poses or clothing, sexual innuendo in topics or lyrics, "undressing" or "nudify" requests, and any attempt to make a person look sexual who did not appear that way in the photo.

1.2 Violence and gore

Prohibited: realistic injury, blood, mutilation, death or torture; threats or glorification of violence against people or animals; weapons used against a person; self-harm or suicide; and violent extremism or terrorism. Clearly fictional, non-graphic costume or zombie make-up in our trend templates is allowed; graphic wounds are not.

1.3 Hate speech and harassment

Prohibited: content that attacks, dehumanizes or mocks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or serious illness; slurs; hateful symbols; and harassment, bullying or humiliation of a real, identifiable person, including "roasts" or diss tracks aimed at someone who did not agree to take part.

1.4 Child safety (CSAM and child-unsafe content)

Prohibited, with zero tolerance: any sexual or sexualized content involving a minor (child sexual abuse material, CSAM), including AI-generated or "aged-down" depictions; content that grooms, exploits or endangers children; and any video of a minor without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. Videos that include a minor with that consent must be harmless and non-sexual, for example a family birthday song.

1.5 Deepfakes and impersonation (use of another person's likeness or voice without consent)

Prohibited: using the face, body, likeness or voice of a real person who has not agreed to it; any video of a public figure, celebrity, politician or influencer; making a real person appear to say or do something they did not, especially to deceive, defame or embarrass them; presenting a generated video as real footage; and pretending to be another person, brand or organization. For memorial and old-photo features (for example animating a photo of a late relative), you must be a close family member or have the family's permission, and the result must be respectful.

Allowed: videos of yourself, and of other people who clearly agreed to appear (for example a friend in a rap duo), shared as what they are: AI-generated videos.

1.6 Copyright and trademark infringement

Prohibited: uploading photos you do not have the right to use (for example images taken from other people's social media, stock sites or press photos); lyrics copied from existing songs; content that reproduces other people's characters, artwork, logos or brands; and using the output to pass off goods or services as someone else's. We never add original or copyrighted recordings to videos; every verse and beat is newly generated.

Other prohibited conduct

  • Misinformation, fraud, scams, spam or bulk generation for abuse.
  • Trying to get around our safety checks, for example by retrying a blocked photo or topic with small edits.
  • Passing off an AI-generated video as human-made or real where that would mislead people.
  • Scraping or reselling the service, or using its outputs to train competing AI models.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, of people who clearly agreed to appear, or of your own pet. Before uploading you confirm that you have these rights and consents. RapVideo is not a face swap: the model renders a new clip from your photos. Your photos are used only to make your video and are never shown publicly.

  1. Enforcement of violations

When content or an account breaks this policy, we act in proportion to how serious the violation is. The measures are:

MeasureWhat it means
BlockThe request is refused before generation. No credits are charged.
Delete contentWe delete the generated video and the uploaded photos, and disable any download link.
Forfeit creditsCredits spent on prohibited content are not refunded. For serious or repeated violations we may cancel the remaining credit balance without refund.
WarningWe email the account owner explaining which rule was broken.
SuspensionThe account cannot generate or buy for a fixed period (normally 7 to 30 days).
Permanent banThe account is closed and new purchases from the same person, email or payment method are blocked.
Legal reportWe report to law enforcement or the competent authority where the law requires it, and preserve the related records.

How we apply them:

  • Zero tolerance (category 1.4 CSAM, terrorism, non-consensual intimate or sexual deepfakes): delete content, permanent ban, forfeit all credits without refund, and report to the authorities, on the first offence.
  • Serious violations (categories 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5): delete content and forfeit the credits used; suspension on a first deliberate violation; permanent ban on a repeat.
  • Other violations (category 1.6 and other prohibited conduct): delete content and warn on a first violation; suspension or permanent ban if it continues.

Automated blocks before generation (a refused photo or topic) do not count as violations on their own; repeated attempts to get around them do.

  1. User reporting

Anyone can report a video made with RapVideo that breaks this policy, or a video that uses their face, photo, voice or work without permission. You do not need an account.

  • Email: support@rapvideo.si with "Content report" in the subject.
  • On the site: the Report content link in the footer of every page leads to this section; signed-in users can also open a ticket under Settings → Tickets.
  • Include, if you can: a link to the video or where you saw it, which category it breaks, and, if it is about you, how we can confirm that (for example a photo of you). Do not send copies of illegal material: describe it and tell us where it is.

We keep the reporter's identity confidential and never share it with the person reported. Knowingly false or abusive reports may lead to action against the reporting account.

Processing times

SeverityExamplesFirst responseResolution
CriticalChild safety, terrorism, non-consensual intimate content, deepfakes of real peopleWithin 24 hours; content disabled during reviewWithin 24 hours
HighOther sexual, violent or hateful content, impersonationWithin 24 hoursWithin 3 business days
StandardCopyright, trademark, spam, other policy issuesWithin 3 business daysWithin 7 business days

Every report goes through the same steps: we confirm receipt by email, classify it by severity, a person reviews the video, the uploaded photo and our moderation log, we apply the measures in section 2, and we tell the reporter (and the affected account owner, with the reason) the outcome. If a case needs more time, we tell the reporter why.

Appeals

If you think we acted on your content by mistake, email support@rapvideo.si with "Appeal" in the subject within 30 days. Someone who did not make the first decision reviews it, and we reply within 7 business days.

  1. Content moderation

Moderation runs at every stage, with automated checks first and people reviewing what the automated checks escalate:

  1. Text check before generation (automated). Topics and lyrics are screened against a list of prohibited sexual, violent and hateful terms. A blocked text is refused before any credits move. All prompts sent to the model are written by us; your text is only inserted into them after this check.
  2. Photo check before generation (automated). Every uploaded photo passes an automated NSFW image-safety classifier before a video can be made from it. Flagged photos are rejected. If the check cannot run, the upload is rejected too (it fails closed).
  3. Model safety filters (automated). The video model runs with its provider's safety checker on (Grok Imagine Video by xAI, via fal.ai). It screens the input and the generated video and refuses content that breaks its policies. A refused or failed generation is not charged: the credits return automatically.
  4. Logging and escalation. Every automated decision (blocked text, rejected photo, model refusal) is logged with the account, the time and the reason, and sent to the operator's alert channel or the account's admin timeline. Accounts with repeated blocks are reviewed by a person.
  5. Human review. A person reviews every user report, every flagged account and a regular random sample of generated videos, and decides on the measures in section 2. Human decisions override automated ones in both directions, and are recorded so we can improve the automated checks and handle appeals.

AI models we use

Every video on this site is generated by Grok Imagine Video (xAI) for all rap videos, trend clips, sung songs and photo effects, in Standard (480p) and HD (720p), run through fal.ai. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI or fal.ai. If we add or change a model, we update this list and the generator first. Every video is AI-generated, and we say so on the site; please keep the AI label when you post.

Videos are private: only the person who made them can see them, through their account or the browser they used. There is no public gallery. What you do with the downloaded MP4 is up to you, but this policy still applies when you post it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
