Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your videos. This policy covers credit packs and passes bought on rapvideo.si.

Failed generations

If a video fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused purchases

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack or pass within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of its credits. Write to support@rapvideo.si with the email you used at checkout and your order number.

Finished videos

Each video uses paid computing time, so we don't refund credits spent on a video that was delivered. If a result is clearly broken (for example, the video is blank, cut off, or doesn't show your photos at all), write to us within 7 days with a link to the video and we will return the credits or refund the payment.

Credit packs and passes

Credit packs never expire. Monthly and yearly passes are one-time payments with no auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel, and their credits last for the period you bought.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo, our payment processor and merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. We usually resolve it within 2 business days.
