The fastest way to reach us is email: support@rapvideo.si. We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days. RapVideo is run by RapVideo (the operator of rapvideo.si), and every message is read by a person.

What to include

A few details let us help you in one reply:

• The email you used at checkout (your order email).
• Your order number, from the payment receipt.
• A link to the video, if your question is about a specific render.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.

Common fixes

• Paid but no credits? Open Restore purchase and enter your order email. Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Render failed? Credits for failed, timed-out or safety-blocked renders come back automatically. You don't need to write to us.
• Want a refund? Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
• Seen a video that breaks the rules? Follow the steps in Reporting content.
• Looking for your videos? They wait in My videos on the browser you used, or in your account if you signed in.
